Proposal templates: agencies
Three ready-to-adapt proposals: brand identity, monthly retainer and institutional website.
The job starts when the contract comes back signed and the deposit is in. These three templates are shaped for that: each one states the scope, the review rounds and the money, so acceptance can close the deal and charge the deposit in the same motion.
Brand identity (fixed project)
Suggested introduction: "This project gives [company] an identity the whole team can apply: logo, colors, typography and the manual that keeps them consistent."
- Immersion and creative direction.
- Visual identity: logo, palette, typography.
- Brand application manual.
- Two review rounds included.
Suggested terms: 50% deposit on acceptance, balance on delivery of the manual. An extra review round is quoted before it starts. Deadlines count from receipt of [company] materials.
Monthly retainer
Suggested introduction: "A marketing team at [company]'s disposal: [N] hours per month, with an agreed agenda and a report of what was done and what comes next."
- Monthly block of [N] hours of creation and management.
- Monthly agenda agreed in an opening meeting.
- Monthly report of deliveries and results.
Suggested terms: renews monthly; either side ends it with 30 days notice. Unused hours do not roll over. Full payment on acceptance of each cycle.
Institutional website
Suggested introduction: "A website that tells [company]'s story and captures contacts: architecture, design, implementation and launch, with a deadline per stage."
- Content architecture and wireframe.
- Page design ([N] layouts).
- Implementation and launch.
- Adjustment warranty for [30] days after launch.
Suggested terms: 30% deposit on acceptance, 40% on design approval, 30% on launch. Content (copy and images) belongs to [company], delivered by [date].
